AskYI assumes no responsibility for screening, guaranteeing, or endorsing the content of any User Contribution (including, but not limited to, any form of opinion, advice, or prediction). You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your User Contributions and the consequences thereof. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any User Contributions that we deem to violate these Terms or to be legally harmful.
Support and Shared Credit Usage Service
1. Service Scope and Distinction
Our services are divided into: divination result display (free) and divination interpretation and explanation (features that consume credits). Users may provide financial support to AskYI through this service to help sustain platform operations and content availability.
2. Donation (Donate) and Shared Credit Mechanism
All payments made by users are considered voluntary support and sponsorship of the Service.
Upon completion of a donation (Donate), the corresponding usage credits will not be allocated to any individual account. Instead, such credits will be added to a shared credit pool managed by AskYI and made available for collective use by all users within the App for asking questions, seeking interpretations, or using other credit-consuming features.
Users acknowledge and agree that a donation does not constitute the purchase of exclusive, guaranteed, or personally assigned credits. AskYI does not guarantee the amount, frequency, or timing of credits that any individual user may actually utilize.
3. Payment Nature, Legality, and Restrictions
You confirm and agree that all payments are made voluntarily as support, that you are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees, and that you have lawful authorization to use the selected payment method.
Shared credits may only be used within the built-in functions of this App and have no cash value. They may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, divided, or sold to any third party.
Payment Processing: AskYI will make reasonable efforts to ensure payment security and proper processing, but shall not be liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment service providers.
4. Shared Credit Availability and No-Refund Policy
Credits within the shared credit pool do not have an individual expiration date and will remain available until the Service can no longer continue operation due to technical limitations, resource constraints, operational decisions, or force majeure events (e.g., resource exhaustion, service termination, or cessation of operations).
Users understand and agree that all donations are non-revocable once completed and are generally non-refundable, regardless of whether shared credits have been used.
5. Service Modification and Termination
AskYI reserves the right to modify the shared credit usage mechanism, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior individual notice. Upon service termination, all remaining shared credits will be forfeited, and users shall have no right to claim compensation or damages.
6. No Guarantee and Disclaimer
User support or donations do not constitute any guarantee by AskYI regarding the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or outcomes of any divination interpretations. All content is provided for reference only and is subject to the Service’s disclaimer.
7. User Acknowledgment and Consent
You acknowledge and agree that you fully understand the operation of the shared credit pool, its limitations, and the no-refund policy prior to making any donation, and that you voluntarily assume all related risks and potential expectation differences.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in relation to the contents of the Website, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, or any other form of content:
Machine Learning: You shall not engage in any form of machine learning, including but not limited to data scraping, data mining, web crawling, or any automated data collection methods, for the purpose of analyzing, extracting, or deriving insights from the content of the Website.
Reverse Engineering: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithms underlying the content of the Website, whether for the purpose of machine learning or any other unauthorized use.
Unauthorized Access: You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, including restricted areas, servers, or networks connected to the Website, or to any other systems or networks connected to the Website.

Liability Cap: Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in the event that AskYI is found liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, AskYI's total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to AskYI for the use of the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) US$100.00 (or equivalent local currency amount).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's jurisdiction apply and cannot be contractually excluded, only such mandatory provisions shall prevail, without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.
Changes to Terms
AskYI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You should check this page regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
