You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your User Contributions and the consequences thereof. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any User Contributions that we deem to violate these Terms or to be legally harmful.
Support and Credits Purchase Service
1. Service Content and Boundaries
Our services are divided into: Divination Result Presentation (Free) and Divination Result Interpretation and Explanation (Paid Feature). You may provide financial support to AskYI through this service, and use the paid amount to purchase credits used to unlock the paid features.
2. Credits Purchase and Support
Your payment has a dual nature:
Credits Purchase: The fees you pay will grant you usage credits based on the current exchange rate specified on the website announcement or purchase page, which can be used for asking questions or getting interpretations within the App. AskYI commits to delivering the purchased credits according to this rate. This portion of the transaction constitutes a purchase for consideration.
Support Nature: Your payment also serves as support and sponsorship for the operation of this application and for AskYI to provide free content on Podcast platforms, etc. This support does not guarantee that you will receive any specific return or service other than the credits.
3. Fees, Legality, and Restrictions
You confirm and agree to pay the amount for support/credit purchase, and agree to pay any applicable taxes and related fees, and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. We assume no liability for your payment actions.
Credits are limited to use within the built-in functions of this application, and credits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold to third parties.
Payment Processing: We strive to ensure the security of your payment information but are not liable for delays or errors that may occur due to external payment processing systems.
4. Credits Expiration and Refund Policy
Your credits purchase is subject to the following policy, which is a precondition for your use of this service:
Expiration: Credits will automatically expire twelve (12) months from the date of activation code delivery. Expired and unused credits will be removed, and AskYI will not issue a refund for them.
No Refund Statement (Delivered): The activation code will be sent to the email address you provided after AskYI confirms successful payment. This sending time shall constitute the date of delivery of the digital content service. All credits purchase transactions, once delivered, are generally non-refundable, regardless of whether the credits have been used or redeemed.
Refund Exceptions: You may only contact customer service for a refund in the event of a system payment error, or if the Website service is completely terminated while you still hold unused or unexpired activation codes.
5. Service Changes
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Support and Credits Purchase Service at any time without prior notice to you. We also reserve the right to adjust the credit exchange rate at any time, but any adjustment will not affect the value of credits you have already purchased.
6. Service Warranty Disclaimer
Your support for this service or credits purchase does not constitute any warranty by AskYI regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcome of your actions based on the divination interpretation content. Any interpretation results are subject to the 'Disclaimer'.
7. Incomplete Data Handling
You understand and agree that if you provide support through a sponsorship platform but fail to provide a valid email address or other necessary information for AskYI to send the activation code, the payment will be considered a sole, non-reciprocal sponsorship. In this case, AskYI is under no obligation to provide activation codes or credits, and refund requests will not be accepted.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in relation to the contents of the Website, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, or any other form of content:
Machine Learning: You shall not engage in any form of machine learning, including but not limited to data scraping, data mining, web crawling, or any automated data collection methods, for the purpose of analyzing, extracting, or deriving insights from the content of the Website.
Reverse Engineering: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithms underlying the content of the Website, whether for the purpose of machine learning or any other unauthorized use.
Unauthorized Access: You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, including restricted areas, servers, or networks connected to the Website, or to any other systems or networks connected to the Website.
Violation of Intellectual Property Rights: You shall not use the content of the Website in any manner that infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents.
Disclaimer of Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that all divination content, interpretations, predictions, or any form of advice provided on this website (collectively, "Divination Results") are for reference, inspiration, or entertainment purposes only. Liability Cap: Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in the event that AskYI is found liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, AskYI's total aggregate liability to you shall in no event exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to AskYI for the use of the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) US$100.00 (or equivalent local currency amount).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in the user's jurisdiction apply and cannot be contractually excluded, only such mandatory provisions shall prevail, without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.
Changes to Terms
AskYI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You should check this page regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
